Ticket Purchase Terms & Conditions

By purchasing tickets to Lone Jack Acres, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Admission
A valid ticket is required for entry. Tickets may only be used in accordance with the ticket type purchased and are subject to all posted park rules and policies.

2. Ticket Types
Date-Specific Tickets are valid only for the date selected at purchase.
Any-Day Tickets are valid for a single admission on any regularly scheduled operating day during the applicable season.
Season Passes are valid only for the passholder and are non-transferable.

3. Refund Policy
All ticket sales are final.

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless Purchase Protection was selected and purchased at checkout. Guests who purchase Purchase Protection may request refunds or credits in accordance with the Purchase Protection terms provided at the time of purchase.

Failure to attend, late arrival, scheduling conflicts, weather preferences, personal circumstances, illness, transportation issues, or unused tickets do not qualify for a refund unless covered by an applicable Purchase Protection policy.

4. Weather Policy
Lone Jack Acres is an outdoor agritourism attraction and operates in varying weather conditions. Activities, attractions, vendors, and entertainment may be modified, delayed, or canceled due to weather, safety concerns, maintenance needs, or other operational factors.

Unless Lone Jack Acres officially closes for the day, tickets remain valid and are not eligible for refunds.

5. Event Changes
Lone Jack Acres reserves the right to modify operating hours, attractions, entertainment, vendors, activities, pricing, or event schedules without prior notice.

6. Assumption of Risk
Guests understand that participation in agritourism and outdoor recreational activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to uneven terrain, exposure to weather, interactions with animals, farm equipment, crowds, and other participants. By entering the property, guests voluntarily assume all such risks.

7. Photography & Media Release
By entering Lone Jack Acres, guests grant permission for photographs, video recordings, or other media captured during their visit to be used for promotional, advertising, marketing, and social media purposes without compensation or further notice.

8. Removal from Property
Lone Jack Acres reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any guest whose conduct is unsafe, disruptive, unlawful, intoxicated, or otherwise interferes with the enjoyment and safety of others. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lone Jack Acres, its owners, employees, volunteers, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, theft, or expense arising from a guest's attendance or participation in activities on the property, except as required by applicable law.

10. Agreement
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
